Daily Painting: Cape Cod Seascape, Red Boat Reflection

Red Boat Reflection
Soft Pastel on Wallis 7.25x5.25"
The colors are so intense this time of year with the clear, crisp air. This is a fishing boat at McMillan wharf. It was a pleasure to use those bright reds and blues.

Daily Painting: Seascape, The Schooner Roseway

Yesterday was the Great Schooner Regatta in Provincetown. I watched the race from my kayak. A little taste of what Provincetown harbor must have looked like in the old days with majestic ships sailing the bay.
