Three Orange Umbrellas Summertime Pastel Painting by Poucher

"Summertime"
Soft pastel on Wallis museum paper 8.5x10.5"
Available through my Daily Painters Gallery
A little preview of those warm, summer days to come. The pastel is not dark on the bottom and the orange umbrellas are brighter in real life. My scanner had a hard time with this one.

Thanks, Kami. I think I have finally figured out how to make the white sand not look like cold snow. (I hope)

True is that as you called my attention to it: the sand is really white, but it doesnt bother and before I have not even seen it this way! And thanks also for coming back to this blog template...it's easier to work /with for me/ as a reader:o)

Kami, They call it sugar white sand in Florida. It's beautiful. I was frustrated with the blog template myself. I should know to keep it simple!
